Catherine Best hosts The Ladies’ College Women’s Networking event

Newly appointed Head of Development of The Ladies’ College, Anastasia Page, organised the evening and was pleased that once again the event had proved such a success.

The Ladies’ College invited local business women, alumna, parents and recent A-level leavers of the College to attend their third annual networking event held last week on September 7th.  The well-attended event was kindly hosted by Catherine Best and daughter, Vikki Freeman, at their newly refurbished showroom in St Martins.   All attendees were given the opportunity to have a look around and meet with staff at the showroom, and drinks and canapés were supplied by The Ladies’ College.

Catherine Best spoke about her experiences as a student which were very different to the many opportunities given to today’s students, and she was very encouraging about following your dreams.  Catherine also has a showroom in Jersey, and has also recently opened in Mayfair, London.

Head of Development of The Ladies’ College, Anastasia Page, organised the evening and was pleased that once again the event had proved such a success.

We continue to hold this event at the beginning of the new school year as a networking opportunity in the local community to show how the College encourages, and supports, its recent leavers in their next stage of their lives”, said Principal Ashley Clancy.
